The great white shark, caught in the Gulf of Genoa in the early 1900s. This species is practically invisible both from above and below. Seen from above, it blends in with the dark marine depths, while from below it blends with the bright surface of the sea, allowing it to adopt different attack strategies. Inside the museum, its color contrasts with the surrounding environment.
